These terms apply to riskybiscuit.gg. By using the site you accept them. Questions go to hello@riskybiscuit.gg.

We build slot games and license them to operators. We do not run a casino, accept wagers, hold player funds or open accounts, and we cannot see or change your balance.

Which games are available, at what stakes and in which countries is decided by each operator. Anything about a payout, bonus, verification or account has to go to the operator you played at.

If you think one of our games behaved incorrectly, email us the game, the operator and the round ID and we will look into it.

The games, artwork, characters, names, logos and this website belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, redistribute or reverse engineer them, or use our name in a way that suggests we endorse something we do not.

You are welcome to stream and publish footage of our games, including on monetised channels, as long as you do not present it as official content or use it to promote unlicensed operators or to reach anyone under 18.

Who can enter. You must be 18 or over, or the legal gambling age where you live if that is higher, and allowed to play at the operator where you placed the bet. Raffles are void where they are not allowed. Risky Biscuit staff cannot win.

How to enter. Each raffle’s game, target, dates and prizes are shown on the rewards page. A bet qualifies if it was placed on that game during the raffle, reached the target shown on the rewards page, and was placed with Ghost Mode off. Every qualifying bet is one entry, and each bet can only be entered once. Entering is free — never bet more than you would anyway to chase a raffle.

The draw. When a raffle ends, winners are drawn at random from all qualifying entries. Each player can win once per raffle. Winners are shown on the rewards page with their Stake username.

Prizes. Prizes are sent as a tip on Stake to the account that placed the winning bet, usually within seven days of the draw. They cannot be exchanged, transferred or paid out any other way.

Fair play. We may disqualify entries or players we reasonably believe cheated, used more than one account or broke the operator’s rules. We may change or cancel a raffle if something outside our control affects it. Our decisions on entries and winners are final.

Do not attack, overload or probe the site, scrape it at a scale that slows it down for others, try to access anything you have not been given access to, or use it to break the law. We may restrict access if you do.

The site is provided as it is. It may occasionally be unavailable or contain mistakes, and details such as release dates can change.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits or losses from gambling with an operator. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, and your statutory rights as a consumer, wherever you live, are unaffected.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies.
