Risky Biscuit is an independent slot studio, and for anything on this website we are the data controller. You can reach us at hello@riskybiscuit.gg.

Only what you send us through the contact form or a raffle entry, described below. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking on this site.

We do not set cookies or write anything to your browser’s storage, which is why there is no cookie banner and nothing to accept.

Our games run at licensed operators we do not own. Your account, balance, deposits, withdrawals and verification documents are held by the operator you played at, under their privacy policy. We never receive any of it.

Our hosting provider records basic technical details of each request — IP address, time, page requested and browser type — to keep the site running and to deal with abuse. It processes this on our behalf, and we do not use it to identify or profile you. We keep these logs because we have a legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.

When you use the contact form or email us, we keep your name, email address, topic and message so we can reply. We use them only for that conversation and keep them for up to 12 months after it ends.

Please do not send account numbers, identity documents or payment details — questions about deposits, withdrawals or accounts can only be handled by the operator you played at.

When you enter a raffle with a Bet ID, we look that bet up on Stake’s public bet page and store what it shows: the Bet ID, game, multiplier, bet amount and currency, the time it was placed and your Stake username. We need this to check the entry, draw the winners and pay prizes to the right account.

Winners are shown on this site with their Stake username. We keep raffle entries for 12 months after the raffle ends, and records of prizes we paid for as long as accounting rules require.

Contact messages and raffle entries are stored on our own server in the European Union and are only seen by the studio team. We do not sell or share them, and we use them only for the reasons above, because you asked us to reply or to take part in a raffle.

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy
• correct anything inaccurate
• delete it
• restrict or object to how we use it

Email hello@riskybiscuit.gg and we will respond within one month, free of charge. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.

This website and our games are for people aged 18 or over, or the legal gambling age where you live if that is higher.

If we add anything else that collects data, we will update this page before it goes live and change the date at the top.
